HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST?
A management menu will open as soon as you access your personal account. In it, there is a "NEW REQUEST" button. You must click on it to accesss all data options and carry out a new search.
When the user fills in all the requested information, he/she can review the matching results by clicking on the "PREVIEW" icon (this is how providers will receive their requests) and can later place his/her order by clicking on "PLACE ORDER". The information provided by the user will be automatically sent to all providers that are able to meet the requests of the customer.
HOW TO MODIFY A REQUEST?
In the management menu, under ONGOING OFFERS there is an icon shaped as a pencil. If you click on it, the request made by the user will open up (showing all the information that has been provided). The user can modify this information whenever he/she wants to.
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF OFFERS RECEIVED?
By clicking on ONGOING REQUESTS in the management menu, the user will access all his/her ongoing requests and the information he/she provided for each of them. If the user has more than one ongoing request, he/she can search for the one he/she is looking for by hitting the "REFERENCE" filtre.
Once the search is launched, the results will appear on screen and the user may access all its details. Moreover, if you click on the "SEE BOX" icon, the user will gain access to all offers made by the different providers. By default, these offers will appear from lower to higher prices.
HOW TO MANAGE MY TABLE OF OFFERS?
Once we have our offer box on screen, we can carry out a series of actions:
- Filter offers by price.- By default, the system will sort the offers from lower to higher prices.
- Filter offers by deadline.- Customers can sort offers depending on the deadline set by the provider (shortest waiting times go first)
- Search for the best offer depending on its position. Customers can filter offers by position and from lower to higher prices
- Accept or reject an offer.- Customers can "Accept" or "Reject" any offer that appears on their box.
- Place an order
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ORDER?
When the customer selects the offer that best meets his/her requirements, he/she can then send a purchasing order by clicking on the place order button. The supplier's relevant data will be then sent to the customer to finalise the process. Before placing any final orders, the customer must accept FORGINX's purchasing conditions.

HOW TO MAKE AN OFFER TO A REQUEST?
If you access the management menu as a provider , several icons will appear ("REQUESTS", "PENDING" and "QUOTED")
When the provider clicks on the "PENDING OFFERS" section, he/she will have access to all price requests that have been sent and for which no offer has been yet sent. To make an offer, all the supplier has to do is to click on the request he/she is interested in. A screen will then open up (screenshot), containing all details provided by the customer. The supplier only has to fill in the fields related to his/her offer.
Once all required fields have been filled in, the provider has to click on the "SEND OFFER" icon. After this, his/her offer will automatically appear in the customer's administration panel
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF OFFERS ISSUED?
Under the Personal Management menu, if the user presses on the "QUOTED OFFERS" icon, he/she will access all offers that have already been sent (screenshot), as well as the status of his/her quotation and the best price given by other providers.
HOW TO ACCEPT A PURCHASE ORDER?
An e-mail will be sent to your account whenever a customer accepts one of your quotations. The message will confirm that a customer has accepted your offer with reference number....... and is ready to issue a purchasing order. Once you agree, your data as a supplier will be sent to the customer so that he/she can finalise the process and place an order.
